A Kid with Dreams
If I could go back in time and talk to my 22-year-old self, the young boy who jumped into the software world with nothing but passion. I’d tell him one thing: "It’s going to be harder than you think, but more beautiful than you can imagine." I didn’t come from a technical background. I was an accountant by trade, but that was my secret strength. I didn’t just look at code, I felt the pain that business owners face. I understood the sleepless nights over mismatched ledgers and disappearing stock. My burning desire wasn't to build software but it was to solve those human problems.
The Scars Behind the Success
The early days were far from glamorous. I remember the hunger, the door-to-door visits, the endless traveling, and the weight of financial instability. There were moments when we fell hard. Whether it was the global uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic or the heartbreak of losing key people who had been with us for years every time we hit the ground, we found the strength to get back up.
That strength came from our clients. We didn’t just survive; we evolved.
Mentors, Friends, and the Invaccs Family
I was young and naive when I started, but I was blessed with clients who didn't just give me business, they mentored me. Today, those clients are my friends. They still call my personal number just to catch up. They have treated me like a member of their own families, and that is a debt I can never fully repay.
But my greatest source of pride is the Invaccs Family. We have provided opportunities to hundreds of people, many of whom joined us as freshers with nothing but a spark in their eyes. Seeing them grow from unsure beginners into world-class experts is a feeling I cannot put into words. We’ve helped put food on tables and helped families build their dreams.

I am incredibly humbled by the 4.9-rated journey we have shared with our community. It is a testament to our obsession with support. Today the top industry leaders in Kerala, the titans of over 12+ industries have stood by us for decades. I am especially proud to see our long-term partners upgrading from our legendary Premier software to Encore, our latest flagship cloud-native product. It shows that as they grow, we grow with them.
Our Current Goal: The AI Revolution
Today, we serve thousands of clients globally, but our heart remains at home. While we have mastered the home ground of Kerala, we are now aggressively expanding to become the #1 ERP Solution Provider in India.
To achieve this, we are embracing the future. We are currently deep in research and development to integrate Advanced AI into our ecosystem. From AI Agents and Predictive Analysis to Generative AI and Intelligent Chatbots, we are unlocking a new era of automation. My goal is to automate the entire business workflow while maintaining that essential human touch. This is the ultimate power of a system.
My Motto: Adding Value
My mission has shifted from "surviving" to "thriving together." We are now working toward providing job opportunities to thousands more. More importantly, we are building systems that create a healthy work-life balance. I want to build a world where neither the employer nor the employee has to sacrifice their personal life for their work. Adding true value to someone’s life is my only motto.

To the entrepreneurs who are struggling today: I see you. I have been in your shoes. I know the weight of the world on your shoulders. Invaccs exists because I wanted to build the support system I never had.
